i know to stay away from fried chicken, so ive been eating alot of rotiserrie style...i thinks its just baked in a oven with some seasoning on it so i figure it cant be that bad right?

Very good. Take off the skin to lower saturated fats. If you stick with the breast meat you'll be all set.

if you cook it yourself its fine.
if you buy it at the store they tend to sit in a puddle of oil, plus they were cooked in their skin....
yuck!

If it's true rotisserre (sp?) then most of the oil and fat is dripped off.

not if the skin is left on...that will hold a lot of the oil to the bird

Well the only way to find out is to compare the 2 as far as nutritional content goes.

If you're buying it at the store, watch the sodium content as well.
