ok its 9/7/04 im smaller then i have been in 3 years...havent really been out of the gym i just am lost i guess so hopefully this will get me started again...
goals:
bulk up to 205
bench 315x2 again, possibly by 3
18 inch arms
huge shoulders and huge upper chest
huge calfs and huge hams
i wanna be HUGE! :strong:
weight:170 **TINY**
height: 5'10
arms right at 16 cut...
i am very lean at about 6-7 percent BF i want to be at 12 percent
I still cant believe i let myself go this much college girls and beer really messes up your priorities... but beer and and getting some ass is a great thing college is alright :D

I more or less wanna keep track of my diet not so much my lifting my lifting is fine my diet is where its mess up untill i get my diet straight no more GEAR for me...
1st meal
A little bowl of great gains cereal (4Gs)
1 .5l bottle of ozarka

2nd meal
1 can of tuna (26gs)

4 boiled eggs dont know how much protein

a salad mixed with half cup of cottage (13GS) cheese and broccoli and carrots with two chicken strips cut up (18GS)
2 .5l bottles of ozarka water

Protein so far (61G) give or take... thats terrible knowing its 826PM

piss poor work out only did back. tommorow i have shoulders and legs..
im gonna try to fit in two more meals tonight later yall keep me motivated thanks!!!

1 can of chicken (15g) per serving had 4 servings (60G)
2 cups of milg (8G) each (16g)
total (76G)

well played some texas holdem last night won 31 bucks drank about 4 beers and i didnt get home till 3 this morning woke up at 11... time for breakfast...

breakfast at noon...
had a fulfilling plate of pasta
a salad with half a cup of cottage cheese (13G)
2 cups of milk (16g) bout to post pictures..

went to sonic had extra long cheese coney and tater tots (not worried about this meal i want some calories for today) 1 cheat a day isnt gonna kill me i want to bulk and im not worried about fat...
