can any 1 help me with my diet i rly need it i never can get over 1400 calories it pisses me off

meal1: 3/4 cup oatbran , 1 1/2 scoop bannana protein powder, 3 splenda
meal2:1 scoop whey
meal3: 1 can tuna and 1 med size apple
meal4:2 chicken breast, 1 c brocolli, 2 peice of toast w/fatfree cheese
meal5:1 scoop isopure

comes out 2
1300.5 calories
99g-carbs
189g-pro
16.5g fat

plz help i just dont know what 2 add .
im in school for meals 2 and 3

Don't know what to eat? Just double your portions for every meal.

Doesn't look like you have much fat in there. I'd say stick with calorie dense foods like peanut butter and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil everyday

Eat some real food. You know things like meat, fish, bread, cereal, potatoes, fruit, milk, cheese, nuts, seeds...

For example, if you took maybe 50g of nuts and seeds, plus 50g of raisins or other dried fruit to school and snacked on them whenever you can fit them in, you'd be adding maybe 400-500 calories right there. Cook your chicken in a tablespoon healthful oil and you'll add maybe another 100 without even trying. Add some bread (with olive oil or butter) or crackers and cheese to supper and there's a few hundred more.

You haven't said anything about yourself, your aims or whatever so I can't tell you how much you need to eat. But if extra calories are what you're after, adding calorie-dense food is the best wy to go about it. Don't be afraid to eat "normal" food - bodybuilding supplements are just that; they're supplemental to your diet, not a replacement for it.

Seems like you have room to increase your carbs.
Meal#2 no carbs?? how about a weight gainer shake. or some oats. Dry grind the oats, add the whey scoop. When you are ready to have it, simply add water and shake and chug down. Try it at home first to get the hang of it.
Meal#3 carbs only from the apple? carbs from fruits and veggies are not much. Having said that, EAT those fruits AND veggies + throw in a sweet potato.
Meal#5 switch to cottage cheese. It has a slow digesting protein, good to keep your system going overnight.

Also dont forget that you are 13 and your metabolism is high and you are probably very active. So you could eat pretty much anything and still be lean. So dont sweat it and just keep trying. :whip:
