creatine = energy supplement
muscle and strength will remain, however you might find you dont have the energy to lift X weight for 10 reps anymore, but now can only do 8 or 9...
this shouldn't be confused with losing strength or muscle.
not eating enough carbs or not geting enough sleeping might have the same impact...

the question is why would you stop taking creatine?

I wouldnt assume so, but you wouldnt improve as quickly as you would if you were on it. Provided you kept lifting the same.

I've learned that Cell Tech tastes like ass (not to be taken literally). The lipoic acid in the drink makes my throat burn quite a bit. And it's a waste of money.

I took cell-tech for awhile and the lipoic acid was killer for my throat too. There is a lot of good creatine out there that is way cheaper and better than cell-tech. Has anyone noticed how much muscletech pushs that stuff in the magazines.I don't know about anyone else but i get tired of seeing 30 pages in every mag devoted to muscletech.
