I recently starting working out and would like to know what supplements/vitamins I need to be taking to feed my muscles the fuel they need. Any suggestions?

if you dont track your diet its nearly impossible to determine what areas need supplementing.
Most of us need protein, so thats a safe bet.
Creatine is typically a safe bet also.

With an ideal diet, you need nothing.

However, to get an ideal diet that would have to be your life, eating, lol.

Anyways, protein is very common, pretty cheap, many good brands.

Creatine is another, I have used it on and off. Before using this, I would research it, read people's comments, and understand it's implications. In my opinion, if misused, creatine can be very dangerous.

Glutamine is another good supp.

ok, first off supplements are exactly that, supplements to a solid diet.

So make sure you have this in place first....

If you do, stick with the basics..

A Protein supplement, creatine and a multi vitamin.... Check out www.atlargenutrition.com as thats our sister company and you will be supporting Wannabebig by using our supplements... Not to mention that they are quality products and we have some excellent reviews ;)
