Alright...I was shocked yesterday at my first workout in 2 years. I gained 16KGS in the last 6 months although I don't know how. It's definitely not muscle, it's fat (I weighed 120kgs...and now I am 136kgs) Anyway, on my way out of my first workout ALL sore I was looking at all the supplements. I knew about creatine LONG ago but always stayed away from supplements. Now, I am wondering if a fat man (or boy, I am 26) would benifit from it. I wanna lose the gut, and gain muscle (everyone wants to right...except those that aren't fat!!) SO...would I gain from it...or should I just stick to my cardio, weight training and diet!?

some extra protein and creatine can help you quickly put BACK the muscle you have lost from not training
and that will help you lose FAT later on
I think I read somewhere in this forum that more muscle content does not attribute to more fat loss.
Make sure you get cardio in your program.

are you sure you're not just trying to disagree with me :indian:
each LB of fat burns calories at rest = approximately 50 cals
muscle is metabolically active tissue which aids fat loss
this is common knowledge...
