Hey guys

I usally get hungry at around 8:30 or so, I made myself tuna with green peppers, onion and light 50% less fat mayo and also I boiled some potatoe. What I do is I eat half of potatoe and half can of tuna every night with my my protein shake(in milk).

What guys think of that or any suggestions.

probably a problem time for a lot of people, because at 8:30 u aint gonna bed for at least 2-3 hours are ya :p

but looks good to me, thats what i make also about 8:00, tuna + green/red peppers :P

cottage cheese is supposed to be best before bed :) and err what else, lemme think.

i guess peanut butter might be, and oats, dont quote me tho shag
