This is what you should do: cardio, and diet. Do weights, too. When your bodyfat drops, and you do some ab exercises, you'll see abs. When you gain some muscle, and do chest exercises, you'll see nice pecs.

Simple?

That's a pretty general question.. would you prefer to go straight to a muscle-gain endeavour, or into a fat-losing endeavour? The first is good for showing your chest, but will make the ab-exposure come slower, and the latter will show your abs quicker but won't do much for your chest unless you already have some solid muscle there.

this is not going to be a fast process. If you are looking for the quick and dirty way to get a 6 pack and impress the girlies, you will be sadly mistaken.

First off you say your activity level is very low...needs to be very high.

You need to eat a core diet of protein like: chicken, lean beef, tuna...etc

and you need to hit the weights.

you can tell that you are not very active you do not look like you have much muscle.

Worry about getting in shape to feel better not to have a 6 pack.

Anyway thanks guys.I'm going to alter my diet and start lifting right away.Which of the Wanna be big routines would be best for me?And about how much time could this take?(Yea,I'll wait as long as it takes).

Minimum? If you're consistent, at your size you could see a six pack in right about three months. It wouldn't be shredded and super defined, but you'd be able to see it.. for some decent muscle, and in the chest area (an area that is very broad and doesn't grow as fast as a smaller muscle, like, say, the bicep), I'd say a good four-six months, at least, before you're able to say "I've got a thick, manly chest".

Also, to poster on health instead of vanity: in a way I agree, but I pretty much just try to help them with whatever they ask for.

First, make your muscles bigger. Second, lose bodyfat.
