Oh yeah now Im 23 24 in Nov today my weight was at 208.
Deadlift is at 600 with straps, trying to work with out. Bench is about a 340 I have never concentrated on bench. I plan to start serious traing on the bench and squat the 2 exercis I have neglected the past two years. I have knee problems so I gues I can squat 365 if I tried but it would not be easy.

remove what pictures

You're funny. Clearly you removed the pictures, then placed them back up with your face blotted out. Was it difficult to just say that?

The first pic jusr doesn't do you justice. The second one really shows your body off. Good to see you are still going at it.

Wow, that's a big drop from your last cycle. I believe you were hovering at 245 or so and now you're 208? You look awesome so it doesn't make much of a difference, I'm just curious why there was such a large decrease in weight.

Bad PCT and sloppy eating lost my weight fast. But serious lifting and better attempt at a cut this summer got me where Im at now. I lost like a inch or more off my waist and aboout 20 pounds. I was like 230 when i started my summer cut this march, and got down to where Im at now. I feel good Im stronger and more muscular than I have ever been and leaner. I dont regret any thing though. My weight goes up and down its crazy today I was 213. Come to think about it have probally gained and lost a good 40 pounds this year.
Im going to to try concetrate on the squat, from what I hear this is going to boost my size and all.

Today I struggled with 275X6 my knees dont bent as easy as they should so my squat is a goodmorning mix. Im working on it though. I fineshed with just racking heavy weight to get use to it on my shoulders. I did 315 for 6 walk outs then 405 for a couple and 500 for as long as I could stand there, about 23 seconds.

if its hard for you to get all the way down to parallel (which it sounds like it is) make sure you start stretching a lot. believe it or not, the more flexible you are, the easier it is. i have bad knees too, and i used to not be able to get to parallel. stretching helps a lot.

oh, and awesome job, i want your traps!

I remember when you first posted pics on the board. Glad to see that you are still at it and looking better than ever...

To all those that love his traps; start deadlifting. Thats what Kev has concentrated on these past couple of years and look at his traps, makes sense to me.
