View Full Version : Bulking / Off Days--What To Do

I'm 6'1" tall. and will 52 years old on 9/17. I'm currently on gear and have gone up in weight from 254 lbs on 8/26/04 to 271 lbs today. Although i want to get up to between 290-300 lbs and then cut, my question is should i continue to eat approx 3500-4000 cals, 350 grams of protein on the days I don't work out.
My weight training workouts are approx 1 hr long 5 days a week w/ 4 days of 20 min cardio. I want to gain the weight but probably not a little over a lb a day.

Is all that new weight muscle or fat?
