Today I was gonna add 1tb of olive oil to my protein shake. I want to keep the fat cal's at 20% of my total cal's. The info label said that 1tb had 125 cal's. 14 grams of fat, 1.9 grams sat fat. But it also said cal's from fat 125. Which number do i use?

14 grams of fat or the 125 cal's from fat towards my 20%

1 g of fat has 9 cals 14*9=126cals

Ya... use the calories. The saturated fat is contained within the total 14g, so other than tracking total sat, you don't figure that into the calcs.
So since 1g of fat = 9calories, you use the 125 cals.

Calories from Fat are basically telling you how many of the TOTAL calories, in this case, 125, have fat in them. Since olive oil is all fat, 125 calories is the total number of fat calories, as well as the "total caloric value" for the product.
