When working the arms, what do you feel is better, to work all bicepts and then triceps or to alternate them?

hey tough guy :D
I work both my bieceps and triceps... i train biceps after chest on a monday and triceps on friday after legs..
I wouldnt think of alternating them each week because they arent such a big muscle and you can train both once a week with no problem...
if your biceps are big keep training them hard but focuss a bit more on your triceps as they are the bigger... im doing this and am already noticing a difference..
enjoy...
You missed me on that one. what i meant is if you where to work bis and tri the same day, would you do all bis or tris first or would you do 1 bi the 1 tri. kinda like supersetting, except pause between the two

I like to alternate so I can use more weight since my muscles have recovered a little bit, but that's just me, I could be wrong

if doing them on the same day, i'll do all of my bicep exercises (2 or 3 w/ 3 sets each), and then my tricep exercises (2 or 3 w/ 3 sets each). it has worked really well for me when i do bi's and tri's on the same day. my split looks like this:
Mon - Quads/abs/cardio
Tues - Shoulders/cardio
Weds - Rest
Thurs - Chest/Back/cardio
Fri - Hams/Bi's/Tri's/cardio
Sat-cardio
Sun - off

Yea same here i like to finish one muscle before starting another one
i find 2 miniutes recovery time usually ge tmy muscles close to 100% pushing capacity again, just as reduces by like 15% after every set... so u know..i find alternating is the best.. recovery time is key

I use the methods of super-compensation and auto-regulation. This calls for no isolation arm work, but only compound movements. I've never grown faster. Arm isolation is not needed when you are performing bench presses, rows, pullups, and deadlifts.

I work my biceps first, because triceps tend to drain me lot more when I hit them and blast them (damn that proper form!!)...
I always break a sweat when I superset...
