i got absolutely no idea what that is, anyway i had one for tea, went well with my fish n cheese :p

oh ry, do u know how many cals/prot/carb/fat are in 1tb sugar?

Glycemic index is to do with the food's affect on blood sugar levels. You want to be eating low gylcemic index foods for better hunger management. Fat and fiber will slow digestion and therefore lower glycemic index.

Use this (http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/cgi-bin/nut_search.pl) site for looking up the nutritional content of certain foods.

too much for cutting :) no fat/prot pretty much sugar is sugar ( a carb )
