eat a lot (a whole lot!!!!)
and dont put a timeline on taking your next set of pics
rather put a weight on it
if your 145 right now take some pics when your at 160.
also if you put a light in front of yourself your cam won't be as grainy and we'll be able to see you better. Turn off the background lights and it will look fine.

It's REALLY hard to tell due to **** quality and the horrible angles. The fact that it's too zoomed in isn't helping much either...
