I have found out that even at 270Lbs I only need 4000 calories to bulk. Can someone tell me what the correct ratio is for carbs,protein and fat. Is it 40% carbs/ 40% protein and 20% good fat.

There is no "correct ratio" to be honest. I believe I saw that you were using anabolics, correct? If that is the case, then perhaps that ratio would be ideal. I would actually increase the calories considering your size and assumed assistance.

your right about the gear and i'm up from 254 to 270 lbs 3 wks. went to go to 290-300

as to your / dragon. I havent put on but a 1/2" around the waist.

yeah its hard to give a given ratio. you just have to experiment and see what works. everyones diffrent.
