I weigh about 150, and I currently on a bulk.
I heard that one should consume 1g protein per 1lb. I consume about 160-180g protein. Is this a bad thing? Should I try to drop a tad lower?
Also, what should my carb intake be like? I usually get in about 2.5X more carbs than protein. Is this ideal for me?
