Have at it boys i am trying to drop some weight my goal is to be down to 240 by christmas i am at 269-270 i want to drop about 2lbs a week i have been experimenting i just started dropping my cals 2 days ago to between 2k and 2200 tell me what you think.

losing weight is very relative to the amount of bf you currently have and your end goal and whether you need to go below your setpoint.
Someone trying to go from 17% @ 270 down to 8% at 240 is going to have a much harder time than someone going from 35% @ 270 down to 25% at 240

that said, 3.5 months is a long cut, especially at a rate of 2lbs per week, your body will have a hard time losing weight for such a long period unless you incorporate refeeds, carb cycling or some type of leptin boosting supplements.

If you look over the weeks i do have refeeds and they usually incorporate a 4-5 k refeed. Bf% never occured to me i haven't had a test done, i will look into that. but in the mean time what do you think of my diet so far don't just go off of one day go off of atleast 1 or 2 weeks.
