im assuming its a pretty good idea to buy a load of veg, chop it/tear it up

then throw it all in the freezer, so i can boil it up when i need it.


i dont trust the frozen veg companies, i think they are out to rip me off
so i want to get nice chunky fresh veg and do it myself. :ninja:

dont know, in the fridge i think most veg will last about 3-7days depending on what it is.
id get through masses in a week anyway so it doesnt matter much about keeping it for months on end.
