Hello all, new here to the forum. Ive bassically began my diet and weight lifting this week. I'm 5'9" and weigh 230lbs. I really dont pay attention to my calorie intake. My question is how much should I be eating, calories that is. A few more questions, Hoe much fat per meal or day is a good amount for weight loss. I currently consume about 125 g of protien, is that enough? I know these are all basic questions, I really dont know alot about nutrition. I do know goodfats and good carbs. I am just lost on the amount of each I should be eating. I also need to get a scale. My protien comes from chicken and whey protien mostly, some meat as well. Any help would be great on getting in the right direction. I eventually would like to get down to 190.Thanks..
