Well here I am waiting to start my new start. This weekend happens to be the Austin City Limits Music Festival and due to the heat, the friends, and the temptation that will be rampant there, I have decided that this new beginning can wait until Monday.

This has actually provided me with time to settle in to what I plan to do rather than jumping in head first like usual. I plan to take on a CKD. Anything that allows me to eat a box of lucky charms on the weekend can't be beat.

I REALLY want to do this cycle right. I am 198lbs, 6'1'', 34 waist. I dont know how those stats match up across the board, but I feel like chubby-stilsken. I plan to eat 75% fat and 25% protein on mon and tues. Wed-Fri, I plan to bring it down to 70/30. Fridays I will partake in the finest of cereals...about 700 g Carb 200g pro. Sun I will kick it down to 300g Carb, 200g Pro, and ? fat.

I don't know what to eat on Fridays and Sundays. i.e. the fat to carb ratio or even what macros to eat on those days. For the Keto days, I plan to eat eggs, sausage, turkey, tuna (if necessary), ranch dressing, cheese, and almond oil. I don't know how many saturates to have so if someone could help me in that department.
Workouts will be Mon/Tues with a deptletion workout on Fri.

Any motivation or suggestions you could provide would be most appreciated. I am sure all of you have been there: fallen off the wagon and started eating crap foods only to find yourself unsatisfied. I want to get back to working out appropriately. This body definitely needs to be recompositioned.

Well here is day one. I haven't planned out all my meals yet, but so far I have had 5 eggs and am looking to hit the ground turkey when I get home from working out (after my PWO shake). I am going to do a full body workout today and see how I feel after that. If I am up for it, I am going to add some cardio as well. More as it develops

Thanks for the support guys. I must say going keto is not as easy as I thought. I say this just because the meals are so filling. I actually had to cheat and just gizzle down 3 Tbsp of Oil just to keep on track. Now I know where the keto-breath comes in. I did a full upper body workout today. I'll get those numbers to you as soon find my backpack. My Fat/Carb/Pro came out to be 173/17/177. Dang, I am sore and not looking forward to 5 sets of Squats tomorrow.

*The smith press cable got stuck on the way up and wouldnt allow me to fully extend. It wrenched my back somewhat. Its not too much fun, but you can still try it if you want.

I just had a 40 min break in between classes, so thats all i could fit in. Should I add more to the day or is that good?

Yeah I use a smith to squat because there is no bar bells at my gym! This is a school gym and I guess they felt it would save them some heartache and dents in the floor if they just opted for smith machines. Not only that, they are threatening to take away all DBs over 50lbs. I dont know what I would do then.

The past few days I wish I could say I was taking it easy, but I have been filling my days with cardio.
Tues (After Legs)- I walked 10 miles (not by choice) and played soccer.
Wed- Ran and Played a couple pick up bball games.
Today- I am planning on doing some plyometrics but at a leisure pace. The depletion workout is looming (Tomorrow!)

My diet has been ok the last couple days. How much Saturated Fat is too much?
Yesterday I ate 2415 Cals at 178/11/185
Day Before: 2403 @ 258/19/184
Before that: 2385

Well damn I thought today would never come...or at least that is what I was hoping. Depletion workout in three hours (following 2 tests!) So today I get to be mentally and physically fried. I am physically worn out but I have so much on my mind, I wish I could hit the gym 8 more times today. Damn girls and their insidious nature. On the upside, at least it provides plenty of motivation.

Wow, I went out to run today and I just can't bring myself to do it. Same thing with basketball. I shot around for what felt like ever but only 10 minutes had passed. On top of that, I have been sleeping a whole bunch. I would like to chalk this up to the diet, but I don't think it is. I have done low carb and "lethargy-proned" workouts before. This is a different beast. I feel really incomplete in my life. I want to pack up and leave this place but this will be mean going to a fourth college (Hawaii Pacific, Texas A&M, St Edwards). The classes are easy enough and I have friends around but it doesn't feel like enough. Anyone have similar experiences, please help a brotha out.

I am completely spent after this workout. My Chin ups are really bugging me. I used to be able to do 3 sets of 6 at least. I think it is because rotate exercises with no breaks (1 set Chins, 1 set Dips, 1 set WGPD repeat)
Yesterday I ate 2300 cals at a 62/3/35 split or more precise 157, 16, 202g. I finally have found a way to cut my saturated fat. It used to be hovering around 17-18% but the last couple days it has been down at 12%. The trick? Walnut Oil. So good if you use it right. 2 T. of it in 5 eggs is amazing. I haven't really been seeing the results too much so far. I lost a pound in 2 weeks. I am thinking of maybe cutting the carb up days. any thoughts?

I just did 15 min of cardio and I am looking to do some HIIT but damn my laziness. Oh well, I think walking the 3 blocks back home is almost comparable.

I can not figure out where the hell to get the rest of my calories!
After my next meal, i will still have 200 cals to eat and I am pretty spent on the staples. A man can only eat so much ground turkey in a day. Plus I am hovering too close to the magical number of 20g Carb to be too adventurous in my eating. Ha I guess I'll guzzle some Ranch or something.

Right now sitting at 2201 cals 66/3/31 or 163/17/171. and 17% sat.

Yesterday my diet breakdown was 2320 at 174/18/173. 18% sat.

I went to the 24 hour grocery at night and it turns out they mark down all their meat substantially. I found bomeless skinless chicken breast for 1.57. I don't know how that compares around the world, but here, that's damn good.

I got up early to run, but I remembered I have a test this morning. The fun of school. Hopefully, I'll be fully motivated after the test to hit the track.

Man I love doing HIIT right before class. I try and hide the fact I am sweating like a pig from running in 92 degree heat with 120% humidity, but what can you do. I take it as one more positive side effect of 15 min sprints!

If you're struggling to get the cals in, try this,

Eggs & peanuts are teh-Win for keto/UD2, heres an option for decent cal cramming around breakfast time.
cal / fat / prot / carb
5egg Omelette(just the eggs and the cheez) 362/ 27 / 25 / 3
w/3slices of cheese 240/ 20 / 15 / 1
with a side of 2oz peanuts to snack on. 321/ 28 / 15 / 9

923 cals, 75g fat/55g prot/<13 carbs (some from peanuts are fiber, I excluded those).

You can also doctor it up and add turkey or turkey sausage to the omelette if you want extra protein, but it actually aint too bad as-is. :)

Not a bad breakfast, although I wouldn't exactly have it every day. :o

My diet as of now is ~2200 Cals 164fat/19carb/154 protein. with 17%sat. I still have ~100 cals to eat and I don't know what to have. I think I'll add chesse to my last meal but that will bump up my sturates to 18% what to do what to do..

As of right now, I am out the door to play some bball against my cross town rival. What so I am not on a team. Does that mean I can;t have a cross town rival??

Yes. Just raise the overall fat a little bit and it will lower the %sat fat in the end. Sat fat could go up to 20% total fat. Usual range is around 15-20%, although mine seems closer to the 20% due to the amount of fat one takes in on a keto.

Olive oil will lower the ratio of Sat Fat to Fat as it has 1.82g sat fat per 13.5g fat (1Tb. Sp.) Off the top of my head I'm thinking its roughly 12.5-13.5%Sat, which isnt bad at all, and will make percentages look a little better in the big picture. With peanuts I think the sat fat lands at around 14%.

Note to self and all of you out there: AM+HIIT= :drooling: (<-pretend he's sick) I did 6 min of it this morning and I about died. I did it on an eliptical machine cuz its all rainy out. The fun thing about my gym is ppl like to spray copious amounts of hairspray in there. It really helps when you're gasping for air, lemme tell ya.

Morning Weight: 192! I know that will change once I drink some water and carb up, but damn it feels good to keep sliding down the weight on the scale. Hopefully I'll get the same joy when I bulk.

Well I am going home to San Antonio today. I forgot to schedule around my depletion workout!!! It looks like I will have to hit the old weight set...the one that only goes up to 110lbs. Hopefully I don't have to do 50 circuits to get fully depleted. Any alternative ways to deplete??

Back from SA. What can I say. It was okay. Anyway,

I had to be orginal with my depletion workout as you may have already read. But it gets worse. The old workout set I had was left in the rain. Needless to say, it wasn't a quality set. This meant my workout "props" consisted soley of two 15lb dumbbells, a punching bag, and lots of ingenuity. Plus some HIIT.

Today I ran (in the gym) for 10 minutes and burned 200 cals. I have been in the habit of running in the gym lately because its been such gross weather outside. I didn't even notice how beautiful a day it was today. I define that as any day you can run around the track shirtless and let the girls' soccer team marvel at my pecs...or laugh at them. Eh well, I got to see the 'boys go up 10-3 on the giants before half.

Money running waaaay low, so if you guys know any inventive ways to do keto cheap, PLZ Spam the hell out of this.

I thought I was going to go outside and be active, but my body had a very different idea. I just woke up from a 2.5 hour nap. I guess I haven't been sleeping as well as I should. Needless to say, this has put me very far behind in my cal intake. I am only at 1436 cals. f/c/p= 106/14/102. 900 hundred calories seems like so much work right now. I am off to church. Hopefully, I'll be hungry and somewhat motivated afterwards to attack life.

My morning BW was ~196. Not the usual up in weight that occurred in my last couple carb ups. Did I not eat enough carbs? <--Something I bever thought I would say.

Today I slept so good. There is nothing better than a warm bed on a cold morning. Other than that, I have noticed my joints are starting to feel worn out. Kind of like when you were younger and your GI Joe's arm was all loose and would shake as you played with it. Its kind of worrying me. I don't want to be one of those old fogies with 18 knee braces on one leg!

*There are no squat racks at my gym, and I was tired of doing a facsimile of a squat on a smith. The only other option was attempting a hack squat with a cambered bar. It was more than awkward. It kept rubbing against my legs and pulling me over in weird directions. Any known subs for a squat?

Workout took a little longer than usual. I took breaks in between sets. All that did was make me super tired by the end. I tried to push out more chins at the end, but could barely grip the bar. I felt well worked, but going back over the numbers it seems less than stellar.

I hiked 6 miles and all that jazz. Building that ol' slow twitch muscle fiber that will aid in my... walking...slow...or something.

I forgot how many Tablespoons of Ranch and Walnut Oil I used today. Shame on me for not writing them down. To the best of my recollection my diet today was 2254 cals
f/c/p=160/9/199 63% fat (16%sat) and 35% protein. I may have a spoonful of Peanut Butter. I dunno. Haven't planned that far ahead

JustinF- Yeah my gym is pretty worthless. Its more for show than anything else. We do have a Leg Press. I am already up to 400lbs 2x10. There was one more plate on the rack and I don't know where I would go after that!

With two more days of losing before the carb up, I hope thats a good sign of progress. Its hard to tell with all the ups and downs

It decided to storm like crazy today so of course that meant everyone decided to use the gym all at once. I almost went and did sprints in the rain, but my tendency to be dry won out in the end. I did HIIT on the broken eliptical machine. If nothing else, it is loud, so it makes others think you are going all out. (which I do on my HIIT).
I did 15min of that torture at a 10/30 split

Sidenote: I talked to a friend I haven't talked to in a long time. Same old story. Boy tells girl he likes her. Girl gives abosolutely NO response for 3 weeks. Girl responds in passing as if nothing happened. Boy gives in and also ignores the elephant in the room. I did decide today that I need to stop looking back. I can learn from the past, but I need to stop living in it....until my time machine is complete anyways. Here's hoping.

Well woke up this mornign to get an oil change. What was supposed to be 19.99, the guy tried to charge 149.99! No thanks, I am all set on diamond encrusted winshield wipers. Well, did some light running while that was going on. 11:00 min 1mi=6:02 1.5mi=9:23 Just guessign but I think that burned off 863 cals...give or take.

Hey how about that. I have three pages in my journal. W00T! as the kids say. Well I did try to post a pretty hefty workout log friday. Obviously it didn't go through, but I did my depletion workout and napped like there was no tomorrow.

I probably went a little overboard this weekend on the carb up. I am back at 198 lbs! How the hell does that happen! I am getting a little discouraged by that. A month in and my BW is still staying pretty static. I even dropped from 2400 cals to 2300 and no change. Should I drop farther or what? According to my whack ass ketostix, I am in ketosis.

Anyways, I finished those damn papers and damn it all if its not supposed to get to 200 degress today! its been relatively cool in Austin latell. Now, we are looking at record breaking temps for the rest of the week. Upper 90's in October! Only in Texas...oh and Hell.

Did A nice 6 minute run this morning. 100 cals. Gonna do more after this class, but for some reason that run felt really good. Must be the new boxers.

Yesterday's diet: Went a little overboard. 2351 cals (conservative guess). 170f/14c/182p 18% sat. I should've stopped at one tablespoon of mayo. Mix that with mustard and Ground Turkey, and you have yourself one fine meal.

After today's workout, I am either going to see dawn of the dead or study for two tests. If you know me, you know how easy to this choice is. More updates as theydevelop.

Its 92 degrees outside (and rising). I did 15 minutes HIIT (2 min warm up, 10/30 split, and 2 min cool down). I also did 15 minutes of stretching. P.S. Don't try this after eating 5 eggs!

If nothing else, almost dying of heat stroke made me miss my old soccer days. Sure I was 230 and 86% BF, but I could beat anyone in a dead sprint. Now, I feel I am limping along after 2 or 3 sprints. Damn you loss of stamina!!!

I think thats what I will focus on. While I am on the CKD and only get 1 workout day a week, I might as well try to use the other days for sport specific work.

Today I ran for 30min. It felt so good (and hurt so bad) to push my self cardiovascularly. I think the lining of my lungs were burned off in the process. 500 cals and 3 miles (lay off me, I just started long distance again!!).

Diet Today: 2156 cals 165f/14c/150p (15%sat!!)
Meal 1: 5 eggs, 1 soy tortilla, 2 oz sausage, 2T/ olive oil
Meal 2: 8oz Chicken, .25c monterrey chz, 1. walnut oil
Meal 3: 8oz ground chicken, .25c mozarella, 1T. olive oil, 2T. mayo
Meal 4: 2T. PB

Weight: ~199. What the hell? How am I gaining weight. I am on a cut. I am eating 2200 cals a day that I measure to the 1/8 oz. I have no idea how to explain it. I am thinking of forgoing the carb up this weekend. It seems useless if I am not losing weight!!

I'd be wary of skipping a carb-up. I'm no CKD expert but messing up your carb intake could have an impact on quicker weightloss stagnation in the future. I'd say just track your carb days as meticulous as you track your no carb days, and try to keep the cals down lower than your previous carbups.

BW today:194. <--down considerably from yesterday but still not as low as past weeks. I will infact do my carp up this weekend, but as FROMO suggested, I will be tallying everything as best I can. i.e. take all the fun out of the day. I will also be cutting down to 2100 cals. 2300-2200 didnt work. I am also gonna make sure I get at least 190g protein. This will change my f/p/c % pretty drastically, but maybe its something drastic that will get me out of this damn dip in the road. If in two weeks there is still no change, EC stack and 2000 cals

May not go that drastic. I am definitely going to add more running. Also, I can make the e/c stack for pretty cheap, so I am probably going to include that in the coming weeks. Also, I think I will be tallying my carb ups on fitday. I guess that means I have to say goodbye to the days of finishing a whole box of cereal.

Well the hike was killer. It was about 5 miles round trip plus swimming in the creek plus climbing some cliffs. I never slept so soundly as i did afterwards. I ate myself some ground turkey, put the plate down, and crashed

No workout as of yet. I have been napping all day. DOMS are killer from yesterday's hike. Seriously, I limped all the way to school. I am looking to do some light running or bball after my night class. Other than that, nothing really to report.

I am looking to do the CKD for another 3 weeks. After that, I am researching the PSMF diet and may do that for a month in between Thanksgiving and Christmas. If all works out, the new year will bring my first bulk!!! We'll see how it goes.

No I will probably do carbups every other week. So have thanksgiving then go until my bday (Dec 5th), then carb up again on Christmas. It sounds really good now, but we'll see how the hunger pangs effect me. Still 3 weeks off though.

Beast-Ha my "self control" has not existed until recently. Its been quite good as of late. I have passed up many of free meals (including pizza, ice cream, etc!!!) I really hope the PSMF isn't my downfall!! I do have 3 weeks to prepare.

Today it was uber-cold. I played soccer, ran 2 miles (w/o shoes!!), and walked 3 miles. I liked my workout today. It felt good to run in the cold...especially since I had a hot exercise partner to warm me up ;) (For thos who know her, it was Sarah!)

Food-for-thought: I tried Tyson's Ground Chicken today with monterrey cheese. I swear it tasted just like mac&cheese. I don't know if that's how i want my chicken to taste, but it wasn't half bad. Someone please validate this claim.

Justin- I really don't know why I ran without shoes. An old track coach used to make us do that every once in awhile. She said its better for us. The only thing I really gained from it is shin splints. Ouch.

FroMo- The least you could do is post the pics of my ankle so I at least have motivation to recover...besides your dumb getting to pass me on the race to our goals.

For those of you don't know, ankle injuries suck. Especially Bad sprains and partially torn ligaments. This is also my first go around using crutches as my primary source of transportation. My usual 5 min walk across the campus took me at least 15 min! I was dripping with sweat by the time I got to my first class. I don't know how I am going to do this for 2+ weeks.... ha prolly skip a lot of classes. Maybe skip alot of workouts too :(

I have been eating a LOT less, too. I have been out of energy and can't bring myself to cook! Oh well, prolly for the best w/o workouts.

Anyone do just upperbody workouts while injured?

Sorry for the lack of posts. Obviously, I don't have much to write about. This week I went to the gym for two LIGHT workouts. I did dips, chin ups, chest press, mid rows, and curls. I dont remember the weight off hand. It was hard enough hobbling around with crutches let alone add a journal to carry.

I can now wear a small t-shirt... and it fits...and not comically so! Now keep in mind this is just one shirt, but still hope springs eternal. I know that isn't the goal of Bodybuilding, but it is the goal of cutting.

I still have a belly, so I am going to undertake the PSMF next week. wish me luck

FroMo- you still need to post my ankle pics so I have a point of reference.

Well after 14 days without a refeed, i felt good about myself, so of course I overdid it. My dad (best baker in the world) decided to make beer bread and cinnamon rolls this weekend. I seriously died and went to heaven. I even extended my usual 1.5 day refeed to 2.5 just to get an extra 24 hrs of chowin down on baked goods.

And with that, my PSMF starts monday. yum! egg whites and plain tuna, what more can a guy ask for? I should be able to do this diet with some consistency, its just the training that bugs me. I tried to walk on my sprained ankle...bad idea.

Come hell or high water, I am hittin the weights tomorrow.

BTW, anyone who has FitTV, keep an eye out for their piece on bodybuilding. Turns out a majority of all contests are natural body builders and every product you see on the shelves is their for a reason...because it works. Better go out and get some Cortisol quick!

if you didn't notice a pattern, I used 35lb DB for a majority of the exercises due to lack of mobility. Especially when the mirror hoggin DB Curl guy is there. he ALWAYS grabs the 15lb DB and does about 4x30 everyday and that's it. Ha, I hope he someday holds the title of Mr. Olympia. He obviously realizes the importance of proportion.

Shoulders felt good today but I dont know if I am doing enough delt exercises or have the variety I need. Any suggestions.

Diet today:
6 egg whites, 2 turkey slices, 2T. soy sauce
1 protein shake (ON Vanilla)
2 cans tuna
1 8oz chicken breast

Protein is lower than g/lb BW but I dont think it will cause muscle loss in the long run.

Workouts looking good, Tay. For delts, try getting a set of bent over lateral raises to hit your rear delts really well. They work really well for me, albeit I have to use pansy-ass weight since I have pretty much no rear delts.

I like that turkey taco idea. I just might give that a try. Oh, and Bruce Lee was a punk. By the way, soy sauce on eggs sounds really disgusting.

Sorry I haven't kept up with my journal this past week. My sister went to jail on some pretty serious charges. The bail was set amazingy high and even more amazing...my parents put up the money. I disagree with this decison whole heartedly. Every time we bail out my sister is another time she doesn't have to learn her lesson. I think the lesson may stick this time. Her sentence can be anywhere from 5-99 years. No fooling. The number 99 was mentioned as a viable option for the amount of time she may have to serve if convicted. Like I said, its a pretty serious charge.

Needless to say it is rather difficult for me to maintain a PSMF while I am dealing with this mess. Just having a cookie within 5miles is reason enough to eat it.

Ha it also turns out that walking on my ankle early was a bad idea. I now have a heavy duty brace on the bad boy that hurts almost as bad as the injury itself. I guess on the plus side, its one more reason I get to wear high top shoes. If only the 90's were upon us again.

I will post my workout once I have completed it.

Work really puts a damper on my eating schedule. I dont enjoy eating tuna in the AM, but i also cant eat it at work. Customers dont like teh tuna breath.

JustinF-Still 4 in the AM is pretty impressive I must say. So you workout AFTER work i hope.

LilMase- Where you work out? Our basketball court closes at 10pm so I have to go out to the courts way on the other side of town.

Big ups to ryuage for recommending the chipotle sauce. It was great on tuna AND egg whites.

I am looking to do a depletion workout today before work. I feel I owe myself that much. Birthday this weekend so dont be looking for any posts then. I will be the big 2-0. Unfortunately I wont be able to enjoy it with the usual cake and vodka. Damn you, PSMF!!!

Diet today:
Meal 1: 6 egg whites and chipotle sauce
Meal 2: can o tuna
meal 3: Chicken breast
Meal 4: protein shake
meal 5: can o tuna

Lilmase- gracias. it'll be my 19th part 2. I am gonna hold off on turning twenty until fromo does (on the 13th).

Brian- the diet is actually easy for me. I am usually a glutton when it comes to food, so I like this change of pace. The first 10 days I lost 13 lbs. I gained it all back though through HORRIBLE eating (for reason, see above). This time though, I hope to do it right.

FroMo- you know I am lazy. just post the damn omelette recipe in my journal...ass.

Ryu, Justin- Nope no cake or refeed on my bday. Didn't think it was prudent especially so close to my last refeed day. I did have two cout em TWO chicken breast for dinner though. As FroMo alluded to, I have postponed my birthday until the 17th (didnt know you could do that did ya?). On that day, joint FroMo/MannyQ shindig. All are invited.

Well the rain has me pinned down in the bulding. I will take this time to update y'all on all that is me. I just finished my first of three finals scheduled for today. Two more and I am that much closer to freedom.

Speaking of freedom, once the semester is over, I do not know where I am gonna work out. They will be closing the gym for thew winter! Send DBs to Austin, TX.

Weight this morning post eggs and water: 187!!! I am comin back strong!!

E/C stack: I just started an E/C stack to get me through the hard times of the PSMF as well as aid in the belly reduction. I am going to take 50mg Ephedrine a day coupled with .5 teaspoons caffeine. I jumped in a little too soon the fist day (took full dosage with out allowing time to adjust) and was wired for the better part of the day. On top of that, it gave me a bad bout with anxiety/sadness. I took a day off and am building up full dose slowly. I am gonna take 25mg/.25 t. today.

I felt really good at the start of the workout. So much so that i was going to schedule another workout for tonight. Halfway through however, I started feeling really nautious and felt the eggs i choked down earlier start to bubble up. I still feel sick. Hopefully, I will be able to get something down here in a bit. Could it be the e/c stack making me less hungry and more sick?

Eh well, gonna go home and eat something before the next exam.

Sorry for the missed day. Besides an assload of finals this week, I have started working full time. I guess free time and working out will be a thing of the past.

Today was the last full day at the gym (that meaning its open from 8-8). After that, the doors they will be a closin'. I hate that. Now, If i wish to keep on workin out, I'll have to get a gym membership and the only gyms in the area charge an arm and a leg. Then there will be no point of BB for i will have lost my symmetry (seeing how I will be missing one arm and one leg lol?)

Also today was my last final and of course it had to be the most foreign language of all...Hebrew. For fun, the professor pulled a double whammy. A hard final AND donuts. Turns out during hannukah, one is supposed to consume fried foods. How crazy is that!!? On the same severely skewed and limited viewpoint of an outsider, it would seem it might be rather hard to be a practicing BB/jew due to the different eating arrangement. i.e. days of fasting, fried foods, etc.

By this time I was feeling lousy. I started getting a headache and forgetting to breathe. I think I pushed myself enough for one day.

Not so good. I don't know if I am getting sick ir if its the E/C stack but NOTHING sounds good to eat. Monday, I barely choked down a bit of chicken and a protein shake. Tuesday, I forced myself to eat two chicken breasts seeing how egg whites, tuna, and even protein shakes sounded like the most ghastly foods known to man. I started feeling light headed and sick to my stomac, so i ate some crackers and whatnot (i.e. stuff not to eat whilst on a PSMF) to help bed my belly back down. This morning more of the same.

Food sounds absolutely unneccessary. I think I am count today as my refeed day instead of this sunday and try to get myself feeling at least 80%. After work, I am going to head to the grocery store and try to find some variance for my diet. Maybe that'll help. Any other suggestions are more than welcome.

Weight today post food and with shoes: 189 (assuming thats ~187)
Goal by the 17th: 175ish

Ryu- Nah man. I think it may just be I am getting extremely bored with the same old food (probably getting a nice vitamin defiency from it as well) that did me in. I am looking to vary it up a bit. Dare I mention the Low carb tortillas!!

As I alluded to with my comment to Mr. F (justin as the kids call em) I need some suggestions for a good gym. Do i go chain like 24hr fitness or the little gyms in the area (hyde park gym)? I went to work out at the school today to do some very fun leg exercises but it was closed!!

Yesterday I ate bad. like Chicago Deep dish pizza bad....but it was all fresh ingredients and WW crust so thats good right? More later. Talkin to the Mrs.

WooHoo! I didn't do too much damage with the Fatup.

I checked around. Gold's gym won't even give me a price...which tells me its gonna be too expensive. 24hr fitness will have a one time charge of $120 i think with $32/mos after that BUT they do also have a 90 day deal for $150. Still alot of money for the collegiate. I'll decide come tuesday. Oh and the hardcore gym, FroMo, closes at 6pm. I guess so they can hit the bars early.

My misses happens to be any girl who will call me after 9pm. OBVIOUSLY they have to be interested.
