Its time for me to lose some weight. Ive gone through bulking periods, and Im up to 248. Im not gonna go on a strict-strict diet, counting every little nutrient, making me go out of my mind. I did that for a while, and it drove me crazy, so Im gonna try and improvise, so its not that stressful. This is my plan. I will eat 5-6 meals a day, but I am going to measure the way they do it on the Body For Life program, which I tried a few years back. Which is using the size of your fist as the size of your meal. Like chicken the size of your fist for protein , and rice the size, of your fist for carbs , and I think a veggie the size of ur fist also, but I forget. And basically that is your meal. Whatyda guys think?
