i have never flexed for a camera before, so i think some of my poses are a little bad. especially the back one. also, i dont know how to get good lighting, but what i have is ok i think. anyways here are my pics.

im 6'1'', 210 lbs, lifting about 9 months now. could i please get some feedback on what needs the most work? thanks.

Wow at 6'1" I dont see where the 210 pounds is comin from. I was expectin you to be either a lil fat & pretty muscular. 6'1" 210 is what Vin Diesal is listed at. You're fairly lean, but not "overly muscular" either. Like I said, 210 threw me off, lol.

But you have a solid base. Your legs look to be your best asset, but you asked for what needed the most work. That would be your back. You really need to start working your back more. Do you deadlift? Might wanna look into it.

But overall bro you lookin pretty solid. Just beef up that back a lil bit & continue to train. You'll see results.

yea the back pic does him no favours though, spread out your lats and open up a lil bit which will give a better idea of what your back is like.

looking good tho :D

I just noticed that you said you dealifted in your sig. I musta missed that when I first post. Like mattburns said you need to spread your back. It may just be the pic that makes your back looker weaker than everything else.

you have good shoulders and nice size arms. I would have to say the your chest needs work. Are you bulking now and what is your workout like?

Big J-thanks man, i had no idea how to "flex" my back. ive never tried before lol. and i think most of the 210 is in my belly and my legs. like you said my legs are my best asset.

skinny-i guess im kind of bulking, but im in football right now so i want to keep a consistent wait. i always eat what i can though, im not on a diet but i dont eat junk. and my program is just a basic 9 week one, start with low weights high reps, and graduate to high weights low reps... i repeat every 9 weeks. thanks.

id say your upper body needs the most work. nice legs they are better than mine. dam lazy i am. lets see some rows, lat pulldowns, shoulder presses, benches, curls and tricep work! i dont see how 210 either.. im only 201 hmmmm

Get on a powerlifting regimen. You'll not only get strong as hell, with a proper diet you'll get massive. There aren't weight rules in football so get cracking. You've got a good base to start with.

im going to start taking creatine and concentrating a lot more on lifting after footballs over. but for right now i just want to worry about football. i only got 5 weeks left so ill just wait it out.

LOL. Vin Diesel is about 5'9" 190 at best.

yea big gimp, most people will minimally lift durin football season just to not make any huge losses, i dont kno of many people that can gain weight and or strength with a proper football regimen in place
