I have been on a diet for the last 3 months and I lost 20lb so far.
I have been eating only chicken as far as meat ,and I was wondering if would be OK to switch to beef.

I cut down in fats and sweets and therefore my weight went down 20 lb.
Would beef be a good alternative? Kindda got tired of chicken.

PS>Could you list some of the best meal for a cutting diet ,please!

As long as you maintain your macronutrient percentages then go ahead.

If the beef has more fat then you'll have to cut it out somewhere else.

Ya; you'll be fine. You can find extra lean beef which usually only has about 11grams of fat per serving (about a quarter pound). So 2 hamburgers and only 22 grams/fat and around 44 grams of protein. Good trade off.

You like tuna at all?

turkey, white fish, prawns etc are all good sources of protein and low in fat.

Try eye of round beef. Just cut the fat off the edges. This is the leanest cut of beef I've found. Tastes damn good too!
