Do you guys think the Betty Crocker instant mashed potatoes are ok for a bulk? They taste pretty good to me and are much easier and quicker than mashin them myself. Box says it has 18grams of carbs with zero sugar carbs. Sounds ok to me, but I dont know for sure.
And what about Rice a Roni. I particually like the Red beans and Rice, mix some meat in there and I have a quick easy meal. It seems that the Sodium level is quite high (1130 mg) and it has 3g of sugars, but for a bulk not to bad right? I've tried doing the super clean bulks before (eggs, oats, tuna, chicken) and I just find it too bland to stick to it. Are these foods an acceptable compromise?
