Well ive been working out since feb of this year (2004). I usually work out 4-5 times a week depending on how i feel the next day.

Ive been focusing alot on increasing my upper bodys size back/chest/arms/shoulders.

I just run for my legs and occasional squats.

I was wondering what excersizes i could do to define my back more.

Im currently 5'4-5" around there. i weigh about 137.
Started off at 105.. was sad lol. Take in about 3500-4000 cal a day.

Check out the wannabebig routines, that should help. Chinups are one of the better exercises, but definition is more a matter of bodyfat. 30 pds is great keep going and more squats.

You have nice width to your back. I think deadlifts would much help you develop thickness.

you have a great base to start with! your tris look great and that back is pretty damn impressive

impressive, and your not even spreading that back.

and props on those calories, pretty high but then again I can eat 7000 of them myself LOL...

yeah....good width...with some added thickness you will look even better

Ive been doing alot of widegrips latly, and have started to do some powercleans, that should help a ton,
