Just wondering, do those food in fast food resturants provide the equal protein/carbs just like regular food? Or will the nutrients and protein be 'killed' due to the more unhealthy methods those food are being prepared?

Most fast food restaurants provide a 'healthy' alternative now.

ist ok if u dont have a choice but its so prossessed that it filled with sodium and crap. so if u need something good to eat its better then cheating but u shouldnt reley on it for quality food.

unless its like real roasted chicken. like boston market i like, BK sucks!,sub way is ok but u can do better, MD sucks also, any place where u can see the chicken bones is ok in my book. :D

trust me i know my fast foods :p
