1st mesocycle: 6,1,6,1,12(back off set) module 3:1 3 times a week (arms,shoulders/legs/chest,back)
2nd mesocycle: 5x5
3rd mesocycle: 6x2-4
4th mesocycle: 2x3,2x8
5th mesocycle: Extended 5's
6th mesocycle: 5/4/3/2/1
7th mesocycle: hypertrophy (8 reps)
8th mesocycle: hypertrophy (8 reps with tempo contrast)
9th mesocycle: 3x5x1 (clusters)
10th meoscycle: hypertrophy
11th mesocycle: 1,6,1,6,12 (back off set)
12th mesocycle: hypertrophy


actually reconditioning after 20 days off vacation and preparing for mesocycle for hypertrophy with neural facilitation : 2,8,2,8,2,8

I don't know what mesocycles are and what a hypertrophy is.

1 workout = unit of training
more workouts,for example 3 workouts in 1 week (if you train 3 times a week)= microcycle
3 microcycle + 1 deloading microcycle = 1 mesocycle

if 1 microcycle= 1 week, and we have 3 loading microcycles and 1 deloading microcycle then 1 mesocycle= 1 month

hypertrophyc range of reps = 8-12
so when i do hypertrophy i stay in this reps range and i use to do a number of sets varying from 4 to 8 for each body part
