I have these stuffed chicken breasts.. different flavors.
And each one has around 360-430 calories
32-42 g's of protein
and about 780-1100mg of sodium, is that too much?
And should I be eating this JIF peanut butter, that isn't natural?
It has 95 calories per tbsp.
3 g's of sugar <-- is that too much?
8 g's of protein.
What do you guys suggest I eat?
It's hard for me to find something with a lot of calories in it, without all the sodium and sugar.
