I'm going to cut and do cardio for the next month, and eating so little at meals makes it hard to make it between them w/o starving to death. Can you guys suggest some good snacks? Preferably stuff I could take to and eat at work easily.

I like sugar-free jello. You can put it into little cups and take it to work if you have a fridge.

Nuts are probably your best bet.

Like Galileo said though, sugar-free jello is your best friend while cutting. A whole box of the stuff is only about 30 calories.

Yeah that's the only drawback - make it yourself and you can cut alot of the salt out.

If you're referring to negative effects of sodium on one's inside then fine. However, if you're just worried about looking smooth on a cut, remember that appearing bloated doesn't have any actual effect on fat loss.

Those are the shiznit! I can eat a 6 pack and still be around 100 cals (10 or 20 cals per plastic cup)

do those jello snacks have high fructose corn syrup? That can be worse then adding regular sugar to it.

No, or how would they only have 30 calories/box?

If they had that in Canada, I'd be all over it. We're way behind the US in everything :( .
