Yo, just some pics after my first month into training.. I know it's hardly anything, but just so I have some when I look at my after pics around a year from now. And never worked out before.

I suggest you really increase your calories, you have very low body fat.

thanks guys, wednesday I'll get a pic of my legs, and one of my whole body.

3,100 cals must be doin' somethin', because I remember weighing around 141 or somethin' end of july, now I'm 154
