Good luck man, looks like you've got a good diet/training split under your belt. After looking at your pictures, you definitely have some potential to be a beast. You have freaking killer legs, mang. I wanna see what kinda weights you toss around on leg day.

Weight will be low for a while =/. Starting this week no more squats on smith machine for me, and gonna start doing hack squats instead of leg press. Baby steps I suppose.

only 300 calories on the eliptical? jesus i couldnt do that :p

i think ill stick to rowing for 30 mins and burn 450 ;p

and yeah when u have to many carbs ya tend to get the watery effect or thats what happens with me and m8's, cut down the carbs and it looks better and u lose it quicker ;p

First night doing squats without smith machine since I was in highschool. I am going to progress 25 pounds a week until I hit a wall, and ill stay there for a while. Eating got a little screwed up, because I have been staying up too late talking to this chick im trying to mack. Boo Yah 354 on elleptical today, I will get it up to 450 eventually, Dragons(gym has no rowing apparatus).

Drank 1 gallon water took 4 thermocin(upping dosage to six starting friday).

i would say to shoot for same as me bro since we are similar in weight and body size...

right now i take in 2400 calories.. i shoot for less then 100 in carbs...i shoot for 250 or more in protein and the rest in fat.

i may drop the calories to 2350 or so...starting this next week

I was talking to trainer at gym and he said I can keep my carbs high, as long as they keep coming from good sources,Brown Rice, Lentils, and Oats. Upping the calories to 2300 a day hopefully starting tomorrow.

That being said, All of last week was kind of messed up with diet, sleep and training. When I started diet one of the main goals I had was to get women. I am very fond of asian women mind you. So I have been together with this girl for close to a month maintaining diet and work out easily. Well since the relationship has progressed my training and diet have been put into jeopardy. My nights that were full of lots of good sleeping have been replaced with talking on the phone until 3 am. Training has been replaced with seeing crappy movies like Shark Tale and Ladder 49. Since beginning training I guess my goals have kind of shifted from girls to other goals. With all that crap being said women make me weak, and at this point in my life I cannot tolerate any weakness. So.... training back to a nice 4 day split.

Hard to say, only ephedra stuff I ever took was Ultimate Orange ages ago.

I have a tried a few without it<sucked>, now I just make my own eph/ cafe stack.

I am not very interested in any ephedra products until I can get my weight down a little lower. When I used Ultimate Orange and the old ripped fuel I experienced the jitters and shakiness whatever. I thought with the large dose of thermocin, the six tabs I would have some sort of shaking going on, none yet. I know no shaking or being wired whatever is good, but I kinda miss it lol =D
