one day off is not going to destroy your diet.
it's your birthday. Enjoy it, eat whatever you want, and then get back on the wagon. It's only once a year.

The trick is not letting it become a week or two or three of eating crap. One day? No problem.

In fact after eating so clean for so long you may find yuo don't have the stomach for sweets/cake/etc.

man that's so true.. after not having sweets and stuff for a couple months i ate some zebra cakes and they didn't even taste as good as they used to it's weird.. instead of desiring zebra cakes and stuff i want real food..

cheat, but be warned, i quit eating refined sugar and had cake and ice cream a couple of weeks ago, and didnt get off the toilet for quite some time. it was miserable. but at least booze.

I had an entire chocolatechip cookie cake for my birthday, 3000 plus calories two and a half months ago. I haven't felt any need at all for sweets since.

I have a cheat day every saturday. It helps keep me sane, plus I am at college and it is my drinking night. It kinda sucks waking up on saturday and running for 30 minutes though.
