Hi there

At the place, I work for we have a cafeteria, with good food at a low price. its better then going to a fast food place.

However, some times the only carb they have is French fries, I usually don't eat the fries and I get the salad.

My question is should I skip the fries and not get the carbs, or eat the fries. Which choice is the lesser of the two? carb and lots of fat or no carbs with lunch.

There is a third option man... bring your carbs with you!! Hell, make up some brown rice the night before, or some whole wheat pasta...or even some whole grain bread. Take that along with you and then you're set. But don't get the french fries unless its a cheat day.
