I was feeling a bit inventive, and I just came up with a very tasty concoction.
Ingredients:
1 Whole Wheat tortilla
1/4 cup Fat free mozzerella cheese
3 tbsp Frank's Red Hot Buffalo Sauce
1 tbsp Ranch Dressing
3 oz chicken breast
Instructions:
Cook your chicken breast, then cut into small pieces
Cook the WW tortilla, or skip this step if yours are already cooked
Put 2 tbsp of frank's red hot buffalo sauce onto tortilla and spread.
Place shredded chicken on top.
Pour 1 tbsp of frank's red hot buffalo sauce on top of chicken.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cook in the oven at 350 for 5-7 mins.
Pour 1 tbsp of ranch dressing on top.
Chow. Really freaking good.

JT - Haha, good call. I've always been the kinda guy to take my meals slow, though. But there's definitely nothing wrong with cramming the badboy down like that.
