well i'm currently overweight and tryign to lose pounds because i'm a very picky eater and tend to starve myself and then just give in later on. what would be recommended for snacks i could eat periodically. i used to eat a lot of chicken breast but i'm never home to cook it.

I just boil alot of chicken breasts and pack them for lunch dinner whatever. Tuna rocks too.
Homemade trail mix with almonds, peanuts, dried fruits (not sugared or candied one), oats, etc. Cottage cheese or yoghurt and granola or nuts.

whole wheat turkey sandwhich with a serving of mayo. top with lettuce and tomato. Toast the bread and it tastes really good. ALso you can substitute the turkey with albacore tuna. Remember fats give you that full feeling. IF you eat no fat your always gonna be hungry. INclude good fats in your foods like efa's. PUt flax in some oat meal. Eat salads with olive oil and vinegar. YOu can eat organic chips which are made with saflower oil and canola oils.

so turkey with whole wheat bread is ok?
