be honest guys..... and it seems i pack on more strength than mass. im eatin 2700-3000cals a day with protein between 190-210 a day.

Okay, I'm not very good at analyzing bodies but it looks like your back needs more work? Looks like your back has a good enough frame to get wide, but you just need to work it.

Your arms look pretty good though. And you have a hell of a lot better tan than 5 years ago! Lol.

I think overall it's great compared to the original skinny pic. If anything, keep up what you are doing. I don't see any part of your body that needs more work than another. Leg shots would help some (I hope you don't have skinny chicken legs).

alright ill throw some leg shots in later today sometime. i do beleive my calfs are smaller than my arms. or the same size.. there not as small as some of the guys at the gym. thanks for the input keep em rippin!

biggest part around the waist 37".. im shootin for 35"

havent measured legs yet since i dont like em lol. calfs i think are 15"

quads prob 22-24"

ah i thought ur arms were nearly the same as mine good guess on my part :) your forearms look bigger than 12 in some shots, keep us up to date on any increases u might have :P if u feel ur lacking in something like calves u might want to spend every 2nd day training them to shock them into growth thats what i did with my shoulders and i found it very effective, i dont like my legs either but now im getting back into things im gunna be spending time working on them more

just keep blasting with heavy weights man it will pay off, you calves do need a fair bit of work. whats ur routine for ur legs? i see the remote control cars in the background ur never too old eh :D

legs i have only doned 3 sets of squats. and for calfs just 3 sets of calf raises sittin down

ya just turned 20 and i just finished driiving my nitro hehe the one on its side is the new bright 1/6 scale slow pos that ill pimp out one day. and the one on top is the XTM 1/8 scale nitro mammoth. 4x4 52mph 2 speed tranny:) i want a 1/5 1/4 scale but cost to much!

Wed & Sat : Legs & Lower back

Squats : 5 x 8-12 reps
Leg Curls : 5 x 8-12 reps
Leg Extensions : 5 x 8-12 reps
Straight Legged Deadlifts : 3 x 10-6-4 reps
Standing Calve Raises : 4 x 10 reps

this is my routine for when i do my legs i did it today for an hour and my legs felt really pumped and strong , i put this up just so u can compare

well i follow arnold Schwarzeneggers training program at the intermidiate level and it suits me fine, you should probably experiment with what u feel benefits you. either adding more wieght (as long as it doesn't mess with your form) or messing aroudn with how many sets or reps u do. experience is the best tool u can develop

your pecs seem to disappear when u lift ur arms up not much mass to them, traps dont seem very defined from the back shot but then again ur shoulder blades are touching and its not a very good pose to see the lot, but yeh keep workin on those lats id say major points needing attention

And yeah, those arms are nice lookin'.

And the stuff that need improvements I would say everything Arnold just listed.

the head u see is my 5 yr old sisters.

well my diet the before 3 years SUCKED. didnt eat much. only the past 2 years i have been eating enough to keep muscle and gain. i dont really get how to add more mass to my pecs. i do incline flat and flys. ill keep doing, genetics suck ass.

i workout 4 days a week 1.5-2hrs a day
monday chest and tris
tues bi's
wed shoulder and legs
thurs back

abs on any of those days

tthe comment hurt inside but thats what i wanted!! :angel: ill try hard as usual and see what the next couple months bring me

ok its one in the mornin and i am getting up to train at 8 so this is my last post, try putting chest on the same day as back. if ur doing chin ups for ur back it helps stretch ur pecs and hit them more when ur doing bench press, incline press and dips so on so forth so i've read. u might also want to try leaving wed out and train thur and fri instead so u have some recuperaton in the middle of it just an idea for thought :thumbup:

Not trying to knock your progress, but if you were 205 lbs with only 5 lbs of fat you'd be at less than 2.5% bodyfat. You look good, but not THAT good. ; )

LMAO how did u know my last name?!! At that place they have used spas for free. The owners buy new ones and they take the old ones back to the shop and they just sit in the trailor until they are cut in half. Thats how alot of the guys at the shop have spas! Nothin like a 7,000$ for free:)

Great work man, that is one of the biggest strength increases i've ever seen. What on earth did u wear to get that kind of sun tan line accross your torso in the very first pic LOL? For chest, i found that cable crossovers(if thats what u call em) do wonders when combined with flat benchpress.

well considering u were a skinny mutha fu LOL u made some nice improvements now its time to take it to teh next level....first of all 1.5 to 2 hours in teh gym is too much ...stick it to 40-1hour of high intensity resting 2 min between each set...use ur cell phone to measure....also u shoudl do this 4 sets for each exercise in this order 12 10 8 6 increasing lbs as u do less reps....also u need to acess ur diet a lil better cause u have a bit of fat around the waist at 37 waist u need to bring it downt o like 34 or 33.....cause ur stomach is bigger than ur chest in one pic...u still gots good improvement though im just being honest....need more back lats and trap cause ur arms are too big for the rest of ur upper body doesnt look porportional...remmber to work out everything........try this

I do my warm up, heavy warm up. then 5 rep killer, then add 5-10lbs and die from there. 33-34" are u nuts? I would be like DEAD. I think where i measured a 35" would suit me fine. haha ya sometimes i think my arms are too big for my little body.

Traps need some work. Really nice arms though man. Low lat pulldowns should fix your ass up nicely there :) Good work overall.

my traps dont seem to grow. i can shrug 350+ for 8 reps 2 sec holds at the top.. and can take the 130lb dumbells and do 8's with holds at top and still go for more.. i dont think they grow. and what are low lat pulls?

actually those numbers are not for endurance..they are designed for muslce increase..it was a plan devised from this bodybuilding who works out at my gym...also hey i have 33 inch waste so i think u can get there too heheh and im 6ft if u dropped to 200 ud be st8 well i work out weekends caseu i like to take sat to work out my calves and triceps and abs...and running will not do u all that good..trust me i tried it never works...if u wanna cut its all diet man 100% change up ur diet to 50% protein 30% carbs and 20% fat during ur cut and ull see a BIG difference look at my thread for the impact it did to me when i was at 161

well ur gonna have to loose that flab around the waist if u want those abs...more protein modeerate carbs and low fat..also its all abotu calorie intake...start dropping it by 100 every weeek and drink plenty of water or u since u weight over 200lbs u need at least 1.5 gallons

thats the only place i got flab. ill take thermocin, cut back on the cals a bit and prob do a month of cardio to see how it is.. then see where i wanna go from there

why you gonna cut now? :confused: at your size, I would bulk up to atleast 225-235 and then make a nice clean cut down to about 200lbs at low BF

lol 235 thats huge!! i dont wanna get huge cause this will be my first "cut" and if i get discouraged i dont wanna be left with 30lbs of fat. i could prob loose 10lbs and be pretty dam lean. so who knows.. as long as i stop gaining weight i should be ok.. and im not sure how long it would take ME to loose 10-15lbs.....
