Alright..so lately I've been noticing that my left arm has been slightly higher than my right arm when it comes to bench pressing. It's not like I do it purposely. I try to stay as even as possible but it seems as though my left arm has much more power. BUT, the weird thing is that I'm not left handed. If anything, shouldn't my left arm be the one that tires out first? I don't get it.
Hella weird..today, I was doing a rep of 10 and on the 8th one, my left arm pushes the bar up but then my right arm suddenly dies. All my power felt hella drained..my right arm went limp..and the right side of the bar literally dropped. Thank god I had a spotter or else the the plate would've dropped.
I'm actually too scared to workout by myself now when doing my bench presses because of this type of occurence. It's not the first time that it happened...I just never got around to coming to this board to ask about it.
What the hell is wrong with my guys?
