Dude, if it's only 6 cals, 2-3 a day is fine. That's like... almost nothing.

watch out for the artifical sweeteners. they've been linked to cancer in some studies.

No pop is good for you, but if it allows you to stay on track with your cut then go for it.

I drink water. And milk. And orange juice. And apple juice. That's pretty much all I drink. I guess it's because that's all my mom buys. I guess I should thank her for that though. Because if she bought more junk, I'd probably eat/drink it. :D

Frozenmoses is right. Everything gives you cancer these days.

It reminds me of a joke:

An 85 year old man walked into the doctor's office and wanted to know if he would live to be 100.

"Well," replied the doctor, "Do you smoke?

"Not at all," replied the man.

"Do you drink?" queried the doctor.

"No, doctor."

"Do you have crazy sex with loose women?" asked the doctor.

"Of course not!" exclaimed the man.

"Well," began the doctor, "what the hell do you want to live to 100 for?"

I'm never going to be a competitive bodybuilder, but I, personally, would rather be 6'2", 210 lb, 12~13% bf and have fun a couple weekends a month, have an incredibly unhealthy but great-tasting meal with friends watching football on Sundays; than be 6'2", 235 lb and 2% bf.

I realize that many on the board have immense amounts of talent and don't have the same goals that I do. But in my experience, if you cannot balance bodybuilding with the rest of your life, it isn't worth doing.
