doing a lot of reading lately and starting to get confused again.
sticking to basics.

need grip work.

favourite execrises at the moment are calf raises and shrugs.

currently weigh at 80k - goal is 90 by April 05.

i have been avoiding the local gym because some of the trainers are giving me advice, and trying to rope me into a session. They are doing my head in by trying to correct my form on some lifts, which could use a little work but i dont think that there is anything wrong with my form. In fact, i think that there is something wrong with their form. Not only that i train differently that most of them, who seem to have that mainstream pretty boy approach.

bought a dipping belt and reading some good books at the moment. Taking the week off to eat and rest. back into it next week with some serious lifting.
