arms not defined

iv took a picture with my phone sorry for the poor quality,

anyway the point is there not defined at all, there solid all over but they look rounded why aint i got a "lump" (sorry for the technical terms) where my muscle should be seen?

muscles come in different shapes so you may not ever have a peak, but then again you may do. It looks like you need to lose a bit of fat. It shouldn't take to long to notice some definition in the arms.

yea if you drop some BF you'll see the difference, your arms look pretty big tho :thumbup:
