OK, i'm 14 yearsold, 134 pounds, 5'6/7. Looking to get a 6 pac within 12 weeks, if that wont happened then ill just keep going until it does.

My DIET PLAN

WAKE UP - 2 hard boiled eggs + oatmeal

2 Hours after that - banana

Lunch - Carved Chicken Breast with light mayo on wheat + carrots

After School - Tuna with light mayo on wheat

6 Pm - Brown RIce +* 2 carved chicken

DInner - 5 pieces of carved chicken


PLEASE and I MEAN PLEASE make ANY CHANGES or any additions that you feel neccesary, im trying to have at least 3 meal plans thats just one.


Now my excerise plan to reach my 6 pac.


Monday, Wed, Friday - 15-30 mins of cardio, either HITT, or a steady 5.0 mph

Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday or Sunday - Push Ups, Crunches, Sit Ups.** 3 sets. 6-12 reps


Also should i drink water or eat before or after i go on the treadmill ?

I say go do WBB 1, add some muscle to your body, which will help burn calories.
