What you are doing makes no sense on so many levels. First, you're eating 11 cans of tuna/day. Personally, I don't really buy the whole mercury poisoning thing (at least not for canned tuna), but 11 cans is overkill, big-time. Second, how does someone your size need over 5000 cals to bulk? Third, why are you eating so much protein? You're at almost 4 times your bodyweight in grams of protein. Finally, and maybe most importantly, why the hell are you wanting to cut if you're already at 9% bodyfat?

He's posted before.

He never listens.

Do a search on this guy and you'll see what I mean.

I am cutting for a photoshoot. How is 11 cans of tuna overkill? Show me a cheaper source of quality protein and I will change my habits. I am not looking for your approval, the diet works for me. What I am asking for is advice/suggestions on how quickly to reduce my calories. Thank you.

how do you fit 11 cans of tuna in your stomach.. i couldnt eat that in a week. i like tuna and all but w0w. Dont u think 5000 cals is a bit much for sum 1 of your size even for bulking?

Well, given the whole mercury levels thing, people usually recommend a couple of cans/WEEK. I personally think this is a low-ball estimate, but I wouldn't go over 2-3/day.

You don't need an alternative choice of protein. You're already consuming far more than you need to be.

If you actually need that many cals to bulk, then you have one hell of a fast metabolism and you shouldn't need to cut cals much at all to cut.
