Can anyone actually do these? I imagine it takes some killer delt strength. Just curious if anyone is able to do these, how long did it take 'til you could actually do them.

Shawn Micheals does them (or used to do them) with his hands gripping a bar for support instead of the ground which I'd imagine would use incredible fore arm and stablizer muscles

I can do 'em up against a wall for ballance support. I can do roughly 15-20 (I weigh 243)

i can do a fair few, as well as tuck planche pushups andplanche to handstand pushups.

its all about the strength to bodyweight ratio

yea planche push ups now THOSE are intense, i can do a few. they are basically pushups w/ your feet not touching the floor strait out behind u , lol now that is freakin strength. handstand pushups are pretty easy, but i am a b-boy so im constantly goin from ground shuffles up atop my head then midair in a matter of seconds so i got that advantage. whats cool is doin that thing sittin on the floor with legs out in front of you, lifting up, tucking them under your body, and rising strait into a handstand from there. once im in the handstand i often walk circles then tuck my head under my shoulders so im staring at the ceiling and my back is in this huge bridge supported by my hands w/ my feet not even touching the ground. its fun stuff
