K, I need to know how many carbs is too many. For example my carb intake for today is looking like it's going to be 230. This seems high to me, but my carbs all come from pretty good sources oats, brown rice, lentils and nuts. I am cutting big time so do I need to cut back on carbs, not worry about it or what?

275 grams protein
230 carbs
60 grams of fat

Fat mainly comes from nuts and dairy. Carbs mainly from grains and beans

Looks pretty good to me. If you need to start decreasing calories as your cut progresses, it will be carbs that you want to drop, but for now you're fine.
