Yo guys im new to the site but ive had some experience with weights
i need to rite this journal because every other time i try to stay on a cut or get bigger i cant stay consistent mabye this will help
allrite here is the scenario this season i cant play f ball cuz of grades so im going to take advantage and get as strong and cut as possible in 2 months.
Thats my first dead line. Then i want to get as Big as possible till summer and then from there till August get as fast and strong as possible. here is the 411

Mostly what i wanna gain is strength and some size anything that i can take me there will help. Rite now i am taking 2 teaspoons of glutamine a day, 1 multivitamine, and 10 amino acid capsules daily.I wanna take caffine but not sure what it does or how it can help me or what it does actually i read in the forums that it speeds up heartrate and that increases fat loss. I also read something about ECA stacks but not really to sure what they are at all.
Some other questions i have are:( get ready)
what is HITT?
is it the higher your heartrate the more fat you burn?
The more rest days you hav in between workouts the more strength you gain your next workout?
What is hypertrophy?and what other kind of "trophys" are there?
What do antioxidants do?
When and how do muscles heal?
What makes you stronger?
What products help strength gains?
What is the glyecemic index and how can i use it?
I think that is it for now
Any input at all or any awnsers for my questions are greatly apreciated ill put my first workout day tomarrow
