every 1 is saying i take in to little calories (1400-1500) i am trying to bulk but i do what i can with the food i have kan you put togetther a meal plan 4 me
this is what i have
oatbran
tuna
chicken
round steak
protein bars
whey protein
pasta
latortilla factory wraps
fat free cheese
egg beaters

o and also i might get some bcaas i have glutamine and creatin but my friens said i should get bcaa's if i want to get big is this true

don't waste money on bcaas, glutamine and creatine. if you're that strapped for cash, use the money to buy food, not supps. Buy some peanut butter; eat whole eggs (cheaper than egg beaters); drink milk; don't buy that low carb ****.

Honestly bro,
Brown Rice big bag like 1.50 tops last you one week
dry beans, lentils, peas, any legumes 64 cents for a bag last you one week
Eggs Get a flat of 18 eggs 3 eggs a day last you close to a week like what five bucks?
Tuna, get one big can or a bunch of little ones CHEAP!!!!
Peanut butter!!!!!!
Big ass thing of cottage cheese like three bucks?
10 pound chub of lean hamburger meat for like what ten bucks?

Spend less time and money with protein bars and shakes and buy REAL food for REAL cheap.

Keep eating what you're eating, but make the portions bigger...or add in an extra meal.

buying the whole egg would still be cheaper tho right.. even if ur just using the egg white? it's around 1 dollar for 18 eggs and it's like 3.50 for a big carton of egg beaters..
