i was taking in about 1400 cals a day and for the past to days i bumped it up 100 so im at 1500 so how fast should i bump it up if i want to get ot 2000

Bump up your daily calorie intake by 200-300 Cals everyweek until you reach your desired rate of weightgain. Shoot for 0.5-1 lbs / week to limit fat gains on your bulk.

ive gaine about 1 lb
o and another question i am going to be increasing carbs so should i be doing more cardio or no
If you do more cardio, then you have to add even more cals.

id say bump up calories by 100-200 a week, if your starting at a low figure of 1400, you dont wana jump too high too quickly.

just took a look at his journal, his 13 and weights 126.
