Just a quick question about protein, how much protein needs to be consumed everyday to gain muscle? thanks
At least 1g/lb bodyweight...that's about as low as I'd ever go, although I imagine you could theoretically make gains consuming less.
wasnt it 0.8-1g /lb ? and up to 2.2 /kg ?

Nothing is exact. I'd shoot for 1g/lb, more if you're so inclined. You can figure out what works best from there.
