Hey,

I am beginning a cutting diet and I have been on a keto bulk up until the last two weeks over which I have reintroduced oatmeal at about 150-200g carbs a day. I have been on essentially no carbs for 3 months and my question is whether keeping the carbs during cut will hinder my fatloss due to insulin sensitivity? Should I cut the carbs back or is it a non issue? Let me know your thoughts, thanks alot.

First: How did the keto bulk work for you?

Second: I don't think it would be an issue, many people cut with a fair amount of carbs.

Hey,

Most efficient bulk Ive ever undertaken. I gained 6-8 good pounds of muscle mass and only have minimal cutting to do. Thnaks for your input, any other opinions?

Did you apply it in a cyclic fashion or straight keto with a surplus? I've heard some people trying this and having minimal success. As liver fullness and cell volume are two key components in anabolism, I'm surprised one has tremendous success with it.
