I usually eat 2 medium sized broiled, skinless, boneless chicken breasts for dinner along with other veggies. Anyway, today...for the first time in a long time, they had no chicken. I bought the leanest beef I could find (Hard here in Japan). Anyway, I went over on the fat, but still under my calories (Should be eating 2500, but only ate 2300) However the fat I believe should be at a max of 35 percent, but I was at 41 today, mostly good fats though. Does this balance things out?? Or should I try to get more healthy cals in before bed...I am full...
